Our policy on cancellations of Silver Service Airport pickup bookings is:
We will take a booking for a Silver Service Airport pickup at Canberra Airport if we are provided with a minimum of 2 hours notice (i.e. two hours to the pickup time). We require two hours in order to find a vacant car and have that car travel to the Airport and become available to the passenger. The $11 airport-parking fee will be prepaid at time of booking.
Once a booking for a Silver Service Canberra Airport pickup has been taken it can be cancelled providing at least one hours notice, before the pickup time, is provided. If notice of more than one hour is provided then Aerial will refund the prepaid $11 parking fee. If less than one hours notice is provided then Aerial will not refund the $11 prepaid parking fee because the job will have been dispatched to a car and the Airport Parking Marshal.
